The layout and design can be done within 30 minutes, which Regional
Visitor Publications offers free of charge. Ads subject to additional production will be billed at $40.00 per hour in addition to advertising space. Ads requiring freelance artwork will be billed accordingly. Proofs available upon request for correction only, not for changes. Additional copies of ads to be run elsewhere: $15.00 per ad. |
Payment is due and payable within 15 days of date of the invoice. Cancellations are not allowed after deadline. The publishers assume no financial responsibility for typographical errors, omission of copy or misrepresentations in copy. Publishers’ liability of errors will not exceed the cost of that portion of space occupied by said error. Claims for adjustment must be made within 30 days of publication. Publishers
reserve the right to revise or reject any ad deemed unsuitable for
