Celebrating 35 vibrant years, Mindpower Gallery in downtown Reedsport is more than a gallery it’s a cultural destination. Located at 417 Fir Avenue (Hwy 38), just blocks from the Umpqua River and Highway 101, this spacious, locally-owned gallery is one of the largest on the Oregon Coast. Inside, eight thoughtfully curated rooms feature an impressive collection of original art, custom furniture, and fine crafts created by Pacific Northwest artists.
Mediums span ceramics, sculpture, metalwork, painting, wood, photography, textiles, and more. Regularly featured artists include Dan “Heffy” Heffron, Pat Mahafey, Susan Commerford, Jordan K. Walker, Dutch Mostert, and others whose work reflects the raw beauty and inspiration of coastal Oregon.
Mindpower also houses a charming Wine Tasting Room, open Thursday–Saturday from 2–5
p.m., with Special Friday evening wine tastings and art receptions running 4–7 p.m. Sample regional varietals from Valley View, Season Cellars, Lexéme Vineyard, and others. The gallery is open Tuesday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., or by appointment. Visitors are encouraged to take a self-guided tour or stop in for custom framing services.
